Pre-owned condition with some wear, marks and scratches to pieces from age and use.  Please enlarge pictures for

Items included are:
Playhouse  Shows wear, marks and scratches  The teal greenish circle piece does not fit tightly onto the yellow base.  The middle section (on the corner)
fits well but the other two outer ends are loose.
Kitten on top   Shows some wear.  Push his tail down and he "scratches" the scratching post
Scratching post and mouse on string toy  Shows some light wear
Kitten on bottom  Shows some wear
Food Bowl Shows some light wear and marks
