Vintage Barbie & Skipper in 'Silken Flame' #977 & 'Silk 'n Fancy' #1902, Special

Here is Barbie and her little sister, Skipper in matching outfits. Both dolls and their outfits are for sale in this listing. Both dolls are in excellent condition. Please see photos for their markings. Their outfits are in very nice condition. Barbie has the strawberry blond Bubblecut hairdo, and Skipper has very blond healthy hair. Their face makeup looks pretty. I don't think it has been touched up, but I couldn't say for sure.
Barbie is wearing 'Silken Flame' #977 from 1962-65. Her dress is clean and nice with a red velvet bodice and white satin skirt. I've pressed it, but wrinkles easily. Her gold belt is vintage and fragile, but I was able to buckle it. She has black open toe heels from Japan (no splits) and she's carrying a gold clutch. I believe she is wearing original earrings.
Skipper is wearing 'Silk 'n Fancy' #1902 from 1964. Like Barbie, her dress has a red velvet bodice, and clean white satin skirt.  She is wearing her gold headband, white tricot socks and black Japan flats.  Both outfits are tagged correctly. Fun duo for Barbie and Skipper fans. Thanks for looking.
