Here is an All Original Vintage SAMPLE TEST MARKET Skipper Doll.  These were the first Skippers Produced in small numbers that is why they are hard to find and rare.  They were put out on the market to learn what the consumers liked and before mass production. Some of the features of these dolls may have been altered.
Her markings are a little different than that of the later ones produced.  Her body is made of a lighter material which is resin. Japan is stamped LENGTHWISE on the bottom of the right foot, the inner part of the thighs have markings (one or two digits.  She has 4 rows of rooted bangs, and her hair is a very pretty pale blonde, very thick and full.  She does not have any hair cuts.  Makeup is Excellent with just a minor rub on the bottom.  Arms and legs are not swingy.  She has no green ear or earing holes. There is a very faint spot on the back of her leg  but very light and minor.
She is in Excellent vintage condition and will come with her Mint red one piece swimsuit and red flat shoes.  One is Japan marked and the other is unmarked squishy.  Clear x stand not included.
