This is a late albumen or (more likely) an early gelatin silver print.  It is thin and mounted on a card as with albumen prints, and the tone is dark sepia/B&W
.
This print is from an estate collection -- purchased through a local auction house in Pennsylvania -- that featured lovely turn-of-the-century Pennsylvania images, mostly from Lancaster County.
The photo is not captioned, but it is signed on the back by a studio in Voganville, Pennsylvania.  Therefore, the subject is likely the C.W. Fox Shirt Factory in Terre Hill, Pennsylvania -- which was located just six miles from Voganville.
DIMENSIONS:
The photographic image is approx. 5"x7", and the board is approx. 8"x10".

- As pictured, the board has some edge chipping.
- No issues to note with the photo itself.

Please be aware -- as with ALL antique and vintage paintings, prints, and other framed items -- that there is a potential (though unlikely) that the original paint on the frame may contain lead compounds, and (even MORE unlikely, though possible) asbestos-related materials.  If this is a concern, one option is that you can apply a clear matte sealer over it so nobody comes in direct contact with the original paint.
