    Description

    This is an antique photograph from the early 20th century (think 1900s). It shows a Chinese run establishment, or simply one in the Chinese-American community.
    Signs abound in Chinese and English. One of the signs: "PLAY GIANT LUCKY EVERY AFTERNOON AT ABOUT 2:30 PM FOR LARGE CASH PRIZES & DOUBLE JACK POTS."
    UNMOUNTED, but comes with a period folder.
    SIZE. Photo: Approximately 6 15/16 x 5 inches. Period folder: Approximately 9 9/16 x 7 9/16 inches.
    CONDITION. Photo: Light wear at corners. When tilted, spots and some mirroring are apparent. Back has light wrinkling. Period folder: Significant creases where it opens, soiling, foxing, and wear at corners.
    APPEARANCE. Excellent tones. Very good details. Great lighting. Artistic photograph.
