German 16th-17th Century Executioners Sword
This old sword is also know as a sword of justice.
The hilt is a cross guard are in decent condition for such a used sword. The grip is the original wood which is not the best condition due to the extensive use the sword has been through.
The blade is a sturdy double edge design with the usual flattened tip, the blade shows extensive contact areas and some stress cracks.
The blade while used is inover all condition is very good with blade still holding a edge.
The blade is marked with the gallows and wheel of justice, on either side the blade has a single fuller.
